Dr. Ashli Brown and Gale Hagood, along with MSU Extension Poultry Science's Tom Tabler and Morgan Farnell, Chris McDaniel (MSU Poultry Science) and Jon Kilgore (Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation) authored the publication, "Nutrient Content in Mississippi Broiler Litter". The publication details their study of broiler litter and documents their extensive research on the subject.
